Aegis Logistics has entered into a framework agreement with AVTL for the acquisition of a greenfield terminal project at JNPA. AVTL will invest ₹502.5 crore in Aegis for the construction and development of the project. The terminal will consist of 77,286 MT of LPG storage capacity, 318,100 cbm of liquid product storage, and an LPG bottling plant with a 35,000 MT per annum capacity.
