Afghanistan's Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi will visit India next week, marking the first-ever high-level official visit since the Taliban took over in 2021. Reports said Muttaqi was permitted by the UN to travel to India, as he has been sanctioned by the UN Security Council's Resolution 1988 regime. He will also visit Russia, the reports said.
