Director Nikkhil Advani said after doing one scene of 'Kal Ho Naa Ho', Shah Rukh Khan said he couldn't continue due to a back injury. "He said, 'I can't do this now...I'll call Salman...you make it with him'," recalled Nikkhil, adding Shah Rukh had to go to Germany for surgery but they decided to wait for him for six months.
