The famous Shastri Badminton Hall, situated near Rakh Bagh, was sealed by officials of the Municipal Corporation on Tuesday. The action comes after several complaints were received against Anupam Kumaria, secretary of the Ludhiana Badminton Association, regarding his alleged illegal control and running of a private academy inside the hall.
