UK PM Keir Starmer is under pressure from his most senior cabinet ministers and more than a third of MPs to move faster on recognising Palestine, The Guardian reported. This comes after French President Emmanuel Macron confirmed France would formally recognise Palestine, becoming the first G7 country to do so. Israel has been accused of withholding aid from Gaza civilians.
