Congress's Gujarat unit president Amit Chavda alleged large-scale 'vote chori' in Gujarat, particularly in the Navsari Lok Sabha constituency, represented by Union Minister CR Patil. He claimed that nearly 30,000 "duplicate, fake, or suspicious" entries were found in the Choryasi Assembly segment. Choryasi has over 6.09 lakh electors, out of which 2.40 lakh (40%) electors were examined, he said.
