Goa CM Pramod Sawant has overturned the suspension of Dr Rudresh Kuttikar following an uproar over a video showing state Health Minister Vishwajit Rane scolding him at Goa Medical College and Hospital for allegedly misbehaving with an elderly patient. Rane had ordered Kuttikar's immediate suspension. Kuttikar had reportedly refused a B12 vitamin injection to a patient in the hospital's casualty.
