The Union Education Ministry's Department of School Education & Literacy (DoSE&L) has announced integration of Artificial Intelligence and Computational Thinking (AI & CT) into the school curriculum from Grade 3 onwards, beginning 2026-27. The initiative, aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF SE 2023, focuses on ethical AI use, teacher training, and skill-based learning for future-ready education.
