AI app-building platform Emergent, developed by twin brothers Mukund and Madhav Jha, has raised $23 million in a Series A funding round, led by Lightspeed. The San Francisco and Bengaluru-based company attracted participation from angel investors like Google Chief Scientist Jeff Dean and ex-Coinbase CTO Balaji Srinivasan. This round brings Emergent’s total capital raised to $30 million.
