AIIMS Delhi neurosurgeon Dr Sarat Chandra has developed the ROTCH robotic minimally invasive bloodless surgery for drug-resistant hemispheric epilepsy. The technique offers high precision, faster recovery, and safer outcomes. Over 40 children treated at AIIMS show 80% seizure freedom. Israel has now performed its first ROTCH surgery after learning from AIIMS.
