AIIMS New Delhi has officially renamed its DM Endocrinology programme to DM Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes, reflecting the expanded scope of the speciality. Approved by the Standing Academic Committee and the Governing Body, the change aligns with global standards. All departments will implement the new nomenclature, and other institutes may adopt it per NMC guidelines.
