An investigation has been opened after an air hostess fell down, not realising that the stairs were not placed at the aircraft door at UK's East Midlands Airport. Emergency services were called to the scene following the incident, which happened at around 4.30 pm on Monday. Investigators visited the airport to understand more about the circumstances.
