A Doha-based man claimed that his 80-year-old mother, bound to a wheelchair, was asked to get off an Air India flight using the staircase after landing in Delhi. "They don't have...any facility to get her off the flight. She's in...aircraft for 20 minutes...Shameful," he wrote. "It took them couple of hours to get a lift," he added in another post.
