After an Air India flight crashed earlier this month, killing around 270 people in Ahmedabad, employees working at Air India and Air India Express, especially pilots, cabin crew and engineering staff, have been struggling with morale issues, Moneycontrol reported. The employees are finding it difficult to have faith in the management, and are struggling with negative public sentiments, it added.
