Chaos erupted at Patna airport after an Air India Express flight from Bengaluru landed without the passengers' luggage. Videos that surfaced online showed airline officials and flyers arguing after the latter followed airline's announcement and reached the luggage belt but didn't find their bags. The airline's staff reportedly told flyers their luggage was offloaded as rain added weight to cargo.
