Air India has introduced a 'Flexi Contract' model for its pilots, allowing them to choose shorter duty cycles for better work-life balance. The plan offers 15-on/15-off schedules for wide-body and 20-on/10-off for narrow-body pilots. Eligible A320, B777, and A350 pilots can apply via EOI, with pay, benefits, and seniority protected under the new structure.
