A man who witnessed the Ahmedabad-London Air India plane crash on Thursday said the incident could've claimed 1,500-2,000 lives if the plane would've hit a nearby residential area. "The planes landing and taking-off are usually higher but this plane's body almost touched a house...The pilot saved us," he said. "Plane made a loud noise when it flew overhead," he added.
