Air India replaced the Throttle Control Module (TCM) of the crashed Boeing plane twice in last six years following a directive from Boeing, said reports. TCM includes fuel control switches, which have come under focus in ongoing probe. The preliminary report noted that the TCM was replaced in 2019 and 2023. However, TCM replacement wasn't linked to fuel control switches.
