Air India CEO Campbell Wilson said 2026 will bring the biggest customer experience upgrade as the airline inducts new wide-body aircraft, including B787-9s and A350-1000s, and deploys retrofitted B787-8s with new interiors and Wi-Fi. By the end of 2026, two-thirds of the B787 fleet will be refreshed, alongside upgraded lounges, menus and continued fleet expansion, he added.
