Panorama Studios International's board has scheduled a meeting for Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The meeting will consider the proposal for the issue of bonus shares to equity shareholders which includes Ajay Devgn who holds a 1.41% stake. On Wednesday, shares of Panorama Studios International jumped 5.41% to ₹207.05 per share from its Intraday low of ₹198.70 per share.
