Speaking in Parliament, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav raised the question about the timing of Operation Mahadev, in which three Pahalgam terrorists were killed, coinciding with the Parliament discussion on Operation Sindoor. "Why did the encounter happen only yesterday?" Akhilesh asked. "Who will take responsibility for the intelligence lapse in the Pahalgam attack?" the ex-UP CM asked.
