Akshay Kumar sold two of his residential units in Mumbai for ₹6.6 crore, yielding him an 89% return on investment. According to the IGR property registration documents, he sold one property for ₹5.35 crore which he originally purchased in 2017 for ₹2.82 crore. The second property was sold for ₹1.25 crore, which cost him ₹67.19 lakh in 2017.
