Amid the language row over Hindi imposition, RSS chief spokesperson Sunil Ambekar said, “The Sangh has always believed that all Indian languages are national languages.” He added that the RSS has consistently advocated for the mother tongue to be the medium of instruction. He further noted that NEP 2020 emphasises using mother tongue as medium of instruction till Class 5.
