Uttarakhand State Election Commission has postponed all election-related proceedings, including the nomination process for Panchayat elections in Uttarakhand, till further orders. This decision has been taken in compliance with the order of the Uttarakhand High Court, it said. The state election commission had recently declared that elections would be held in two phases, on July 10 and July 15.
