BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad, who is leading India's all-party delegation on Operation Sindoor in Germany, said on Saturday, "Wherever terrorism happens in the world, either the terrorist is a Pakistani or trained in Pakistan". Prasad also accused Pakistan of producing "world class terrorists under the leadership of Pakistani Generals". He added, Pakistan always started the war with India.
