On August 18, Vibhav Manish Chokhani, director of Diligent Holdings and son of investor Manish Chokhani, purchased 3.5 lakh shares of All Time Plastics Ltd in a bulk deal. Acquired at ₹287.11 per share, the deal is valued at around ₹10.05 crore, giving him a 0.53% stake in the company.
