The Allahabad High Court on Saturday dismissed a writ petition filed by mosque committee challenging demolition of mosque in UP's Sambhal, allegedly built on pond land. Petitioner claimed they were not given proper notice to be heard before the demolition order was passed. The petition also alleged that September 2 order was acted upon despite Dussehra vacation on October 2.
