Bajaj Finserv on Tuesday said Allianz has indicated that it is "actively considering an exit from the life and general insurance joint ventures". "Allianz, in case it exits the joint venture, has committed full support to Bajaj in ensuring a smooth transition," it added. Bajaj Finserv and Allianz hold 74% and 26% stake, respectively, in the joint venture.
