Amanta Healthcare, a Gujarat-based pharma firm, will launch its IPO from September 1-3 with a price band of ₹120-126 per share. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 1 crore shares and aims to raise funds for new manufacturing lines, including ₹70 crore for SteriPort and ₹30.13 crore for SVP. Shares will list on September 8.
