Amazon is said to be preparing to slash up to 15% of staff in its human resources division, known internally as the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team, Fortune reported citing sources. Other areas of Amazon's consumer business may also be affected. The report did not mention how many number of employees, and when they will be laid off.
