NBFC firm Ambit Finvest has raised Rs 690 crore from a Japanese securities group and other existing investors. The bulk of this investment, Rs 415 crore, comes from the Japanese securities powerhouse, Daiwa Securities Group, granting them a minority stake in the company. The remaining Rs 275 crore was raised from existing shareholders, including Ambit's parent company.
