Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut said a country like America is electing their President using the ballot paper. "In India, we still have doubts about EVM...so how can you talk about conducting an impartial election," he added. His remarks came ahead of the Maharashtra Assembly elections which are scheduled on November 20.
