Americas Gold and Silver agreed to acquire Crescent Silver, owner of Idaho Crescent Mine, for about $65 million in cash and stock. The mine contains high-grade silver along with copper and antimony. USAS will fund the cash portion through a $65 million equity financing arranged with Canaccord Genuity and BMO Capital Markets.
