Months after announcing massive layoffs, TCS has announced that it'll continue giving 100% variable pay to employees at the junior level, which includes those in grades C, C1 and C2. Chief Human Resources Officer Sudeep Kunnumal said these employees will continue to receive their annual salary hikes as usual. In July, TCS announced that it would lay off 12,000 employees.
