Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) employees discovered several objects used to perform 'black magic', outside the dairy company's administrative office in Ballari. This came amid reports of possible layoffs. A black doll, a pumpkin embedded with nails, coconuts, lemons, saffron and red vermilion, etc were found. KMF Director Prabhu Shankar suspects involvement of 'disgruntled employees'.
