Home Minister Amit Shah has ordered Home Ministry to analyse and recommend actions, including a possible ban, on lesser-known messaging apps like Zangi and BiP, The Indian Express reported. An NIA official said instructions pertain to terrorists using such apps to evade detection. Shah has also reportedly directed the formation of a multi-agency platform to deal with encrypted apps' challenges.
