Home Minister Amit Shah will hold a high-level security review meeting at his residence on Tuesday, following Monday's car blast that killed at least eight people and left 20 others injured. Top officials, including the Home Secretary Govind Mohan, Delhi Police Commissioner, Director General of NIA and Director of the Intelligence Bureau and J&K Police chief are expected to attend.
