The ancient Kalp Kedar temple in Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi was completely buried under debris after a flash flood in the Kheer Ganga river following a cloudburst. The temple had remained buried underground for years, possibly due to an earlier disaster, with only its tip visible. Four people have died, while several others are missing after the cloudburst.
