Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu announced a new mobile app, 'Excise Suraksha App' to help users detect spurious liquor bottles by scanning holograms for instant verification. The app will be fully operational from October 16 and available for download on Google Play Store from Monday, October 13.
