Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has issued a notice to Anil Ambani's Reliance Power, asking why criminal proceedings shouldn't be taken against it. This comes after SECI found a unit of Reliance Power submitted counterfeit documents, including a fake foreign bank guarantee, to secure a project. SECI recently also barred the company from bidding in tenders for three years.
