23andMe co-founder Anne Wojcicki has reacquired the company via her nonprofit TTAM for $305 mn, beating Regeneron $256 mn bid. The deal includes genome testing, Lemonaid Health, and research ops. TTAM will relaunch 23andMe as a nonprofit, pledging to uphold strict data privacy. Customers can delete or opt out of research ahead of deal closure.
