The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested Jasir Bilal Wani, aka Danish, from Srinagar for allegedly providing technical support to the Delhi suicide bomber Dr Umar. NIA said that Jasir had worked closely with the terrorist, Umar, to plan the attack and allegedly helped in modifying drones and attempting to make rockets ahead of the car blast in Delhi.
