Five people have been confirmed dead after a flash flood hit Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi, as another body was recovered on Tuesday. Over 100 people remain missing. ITBP Spokesperson Kamlesh Kamal said that over 400 people have been rescued. Meanwhile, the Indian Air Force is assisting by airlifting relief and rescue material. Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami is also overseeing rescue efforts.
