A massive cloudburst struck Sukhi Top area in Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi on Tuesday evening, hours after another cloudburst was reported in Dharali village, officials said. Visuals of flash floods in the area triggered by the cloudburst have also surfaced online, but there are no reports of casualties or damage to property yet. At least four people died in the first cloudburst.
