Another doctor named Sajad Ahmad Mala, who is said to be a friend of Delhi blast suspect Dr Umar Mohammad, has been arrested in J&K's Pulwama, according to reports. Mother and two brothers of the suspect were taken into custody earlier on Tuesday. At least 12 people died in the blast near Red Fort on Monday.
