Anthropic is back with a new model, Claude Haiku 4.5. This is a small model designed to deliver near-frontier AI performance at a fraction of the cost. The model is now available to all users across Claude apps, Claude Code, and via API access. Haiku 4.5 offers coding performance comparable to Claude Sonnet 4, but at one-third the cost.
