Lewis Hamilton defended Mercedes rookie Andrea Kimi Antonelli, who's having bad run of form, saying he's been doing fantastic despite being thrown in at the deep end at age 18. He added, "Antonelli didn't even have his driving licence when he started racing, so I think it's a lot on someone's shoulders." Antonelli had joined Mercedes this year, replacing Hamilton.
