Fake currency notes worth ₹1.6 crore have been seized in Gujarat on which Mahatma Gandhi's photo was replaced with actor Anupam Kher's and 'Reserve Bank of India' was written as 'Resole Bank of India'. Police seized the fake notes after a bullion firm owner was cheated by the accused using the notes. A case was registered at Navrangpura police station.
