Bihar Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary said anyone found negligent in the death of a 10-year-old rape victim in Patna Medical College and Hospital will not be spared and will face strict action. "The Nitish Kumar government is taking continuous action. We have established hospitals and created large-scale infrastructure for public welfare, supported by a strong network of doctors," he added.
