Apollo Micro Systems Ltd allotted 35,088 equity shares of ₹1 each on November 12, to Piyush Bhupendra Gala at ₹114 per share, raising ₹30 lakh. Post-conversion, paid-up capital rose to ₹33.56 crore. Earlier, the company secured total orders worth ₹340.96 million and reported a 91% YoY PAT rise to ₹30.03 crore in Q2 FY26.
